MACAU IS COMING TO TOWN! FROM 27 OCTOBER TO 1 NOVEMBER AT PAVILION KL! SEE YOU THERE!

MACAU BRINGS MEGA EXPERIENCE TO KUALA LUMPUR!

Malaysians will have a fantastic opportunity to enjoy some of the delights of Macau, thanks to an interactive ‘Experience Macau’ event being organized by the Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, there are also attractive Macau packages offer by the travel agents from 27 October to 1 November.   

The event has been created to attract more Malaysian visitors to Macau and, with that objective in mind; visitors will get the chance to sample some of the delights and hidden gems Macau has to offer through a variety of fun interactive exhibits. 

Visitors to the ‘Experience Macau’ event also stand the chance to win some fantastic all-expenses paid trips to the island.   

The exhibition theme and design will re-create the ambience of Macau’s famous Senado Square with both indoor and outdoor areas and replication of a variety of Macau pavements to give visitors the real feel for the destination.   

Interactive elements include a Grand Prix Simulator programmed with the Macau Guia Circuit which will allow visitors to feel the excitement of racing on the Macau track. 

Visitors will also be able to interact with specially created photo walls, including a ‘Macau 3D Art Wall’ and a ‘UNESCO Heritage Sites Wall’, which will allow them to share their Macau moments with family and friends via social media – and in the process win a number of cool prizes.   

A speed artist has also been engaged for the duration of the event and will be giving lucky visitors and guests their own personalized ‘Macau themed’ caricatures to take home with them. 

While the event opens to the public on 27 October, MGTO Director Maria Helene de Senna Fernandes and Head of Marketing Division Cora Vong will be visiting the event on 29 October. 

The visit will feature a sealing of a Time Capsule in which guests and visitors can place Polaroid pictures of their Macau moments for posterity.     

As well as these interactive attractions, the ‘Experience Macau’ will also provide interested visitors with lots of fun facts and advice for anyone thinking of visiting the island. 

There are a number of big events and festivals lined up in November and December 2015 to coincide with the Macau Grand Prix and the 10th Anniversary of the Inscription of ‘The Historic Centre of Macao’ on World Heritage List. 

The 2016 schedule is equally packed with stimulating events that are sure to inspire wanderlust in adventurous Malaysians.   

Visitors inspired by ‘Experience Macau’ will be able to take advantage of the presence of four specialized KL based travel agencies (Amigos Macau) who, in conjunction MGTO, will be offering a variety of exclusive travel packages and promotions which will allow them to experience Macau firsthand.
