35 ladies from the Glitterama Ladies Charity Group were recently treated to an exclusive hi-tea event hosted by prestige skincare brand SK-II.

The ladies’ introduction to SK-II included a presentation on the heritage of SK-II and the science behind its most luxurious skincare series, the SK-II LXP range which is the favourite of Global SK-II Brand Ambassador, award winning actress Cate Blanchett.

“The SK-II LXP range has four masterpieces that represents the best that SK-II has to offer and the  products have the Highest Concentrated Pitera™ which is SK-II’s miracle ingredient,” said Jenny Chew, Sales Director of Procter & Gamble, the manufacturers of SK-II.

Called the LXP Ultimate Perfecting Series, these quality masterpieces transform skin to crystal clear in as early as three days.

“Skincare is about quality, not quantity.  As opposed to overloading the skin with products, being more discerning in your selection of key pieces could be more effective in realising crystal clear skin. The
SK-II LXP Ultimate Perfecting Series is engineered to promote a vibrant cycle of skin energy,” Jenny added.

Hosted by Datin Maylene Yong, founder of the Glitterama Ladies Charity Group, the ladies enjoyed a scrumptious hi-tea buffet and a hand pampering session where they were able to see first-hand, the moisturizing effect of the SK-II products.  They also experienced a skin check with the brand’s latest technology including its state-of-the-art ‘Magic Ring’.

Following this ‘Magic Ring’ skin check, the ladies were recommended an SK-II regimen that addressed their specific skin concerns.

The Glitterama ladies received complimentary door gifts of SK-II LXP products to try and also a beautiful hand bouquet.

Special guests at the event included the wife of the Swiss Ambassador to Malaysia, Ms Shirley Lenz and Carrie Lee, Miss Chinese Cosmos, International Winner 04/05.

The Glitterama Ladies Charity Group is a Non-Governmental Organisation compromising a group of 40 women who sing and perform in the name of charity to raise funds for the less fortunate.  Its motto is "We Can't Save The World but We Can Make A Difference"
