At the unveiling of Bora Residences, Lee Han Ming, Managing Director, Southern Region of Tropicana said, “The property market in Johor is exciting as it is reaping the benefits of the incredibly dynamic growth of Iskandar Malaysia. Besides the local developers, Chinese and Singaporeans developers were also adding more vibrancy of the market mix. These have brought many changes to Johor’s property landscape, signalling market confidence and potential growth prospects. We have strong product differentiation and we believe that Bora Residences will cater to the current growing demand for a mixed integrated development that embodies style, quality, safety and conveniences.”

“Over the last two decades, Tropicana has consistently created unique developments that combine modern and resort-themed lifestyles. Our extensive experience in designing exclusive and innovative developments is synonymous with the Tropicana brand. We strive to cater for modern lifestyle needs by creating a mixed integrated development complemented by practical design within a strategic location,” he added.
